As someone who before the advent of Covid19 went into the office everyday, it's a challenge now that I'm working from home to avoid everyday distractions such as cute puppies in need of attention.
With COVID-19 pandemic forcing teams who are used to "line of sight" and meeting room based communication styles to work remotely, how do we change our workflows/communication to better facilitate this new reality? It has to be done quickly and should use methods that will help us in the post pandemic environment as well.
Many families have two working parents and young kids at home with no daycare. It definitely puts a strain on work and relationships at home. Any ideas for how to manage scheduling between parents and keeping the young kids occupied?
