The answer is the same; a process for creativity and innovation.
For most of my career, I have honed my skills as a creative and made my living providing services as "the Idea Guy." As a speaker, author, teacher, trainer and consultant. I have been a trusted resource for many CEOs and have been differentiated in the marketplace by my passion and the processes I created to generate good ideas again and again, for every type of business.
My colleague, Jessica Day, has personified The Idea Gal, an innovator and entrepreneur helping create the worlds leading idea management platform. She leads her organization, and others, through the steps of becoming innovative.
Together, we hope to share what we know in a book to help people become more creative, teams become more productive, and leaders to construct systemic creativity within their organizations.
How might we help people to become more creative, improve team outcomes, and facilitate systemic creativity for leadership within organizations?
The book will have two covers, of equal importance. One featuring The Idea Guy, and the other The Idea Gal. The concept of "How to be..." is thought to position both as the ideals; ones that others would want to learn how to become, including knowledge, skill sets and application.

Everything is on the table, as the intent is to find the best ideas, not to prove the ones we have (so far) are right.
