I was thinking about a two-side book: one is How to be The Idea Guy, and turning it over reveals the other, How to be The Idea Gal.
Two equal covers would help demonstrate the equality in the authors and messages. They are equally important.
Both covers could be promoted, like the old TV Guides, but the single book would be purchased ensuring that both messages are received.
We should explore how co-creating the Avlaki Hope Spot with global stakeholders can yield new tourism to the North Aegean Region and migrate to other spots in the Med to fast track transition to sustainability.

Invite people to share a time they were creative recently to show them that they ARE creative. Something they added to a recipe, a new color for their house, anything. This will give them confidence to try new ways of being creative - whatever the assignment might be.
I have found that people like to watch brief explainers videos (2-3 minutes) that help them get up t speed quickly on a topic.
